Auxilium School organized a Self-Help Orientation Programme for students of Grades IX to XII with the objective of equipping young learners to face the opportunities and challenges of the modern world with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
The session was conducted by Ms. Rachana Roy Jagdish and Mr. Jagdish Ram, who brought with them a wealth of experience in the fields of education, counselling, leadership, and youth development. Their engaging and interactive approach created a meaningful learning experience for the students.
Ms. Rachana Roy Jagdish, with her background in psychology, counselling, and academic training, highlighted the importance of emotional well-being, self-understanding, and maintaining a balanced outlook towards life. She encouraged students to recognize their strengths, manage stress effectively, and cultivate positive habits that contribute to personal growth.
Mr. Jagdish Ram, an educator and youth mentor, inspired students to embrace change, develop leadership qualities, and prepare themselves for the demands of a rapidly evolving world. Through practical examples and thought-provoking discussions, he emphasized the significance of discipline, responsibility, and continuous learning in achieving success.
The orientation focused on helping students understand the importance of self-management, effective decision-making, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. The speakers encouraged the participants to remain focused on their goals while nurturing values that would help them become responsible and compassionate individuals.
The programme was highly enriching and left a lasting impact on the students. It provided them with valuable insights into personal development and equipped them with practical strategies to navigate academic pressures, social influences, and future challenges with confidence.
Auxilium School remains committed to the holistic development of its students by organizing such meaningful initiatives that prepare them not only for academic success but also for life beyond the classroom. The Self-Help Orientation Programme was indeed a step towards empowering young minds to become confident, responsible, and future-ready citizens.
